Who are we?

We are freelance contractors to the Exhibition and Event Industry with 27 years experience across all aspects of the industry.  We have successfully launched and managed markets, festivals, charity & community events plus both public and trade exhibitions across many industries and special interest areas including food, woodworking, computers/IT, law, manufacturing technology, as well as general home shows. We work in all the major venues and capital cities in Australia and New Zealand.

We specialise in helping Exhibition Owners and Event Owners, Industry Associations, Councils and Business Chambers organise the most successful, profitable and professional exhibitions and events possible.

We have personally run over 190 exhibitions and events, and have assisted at various levels in many others. A major contract has been to totally manage a portfolio of exhibitions held each year in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and Auckland for one of the largest and most successful exhibition organisers in the world.

We also manage Australasia’s largest street festival, the Norton Street Italian Festa which attracts over 130,000 visitors, the new Kings Cross Festival, Brisbane Water Oyster Festival and the Leichhardt Long Lunch Series.

We run our own office and no contract is too big or small for our personalised attention.

I have dealt with Patrick O’Reilly from Impact Exhibitions over the past few years in his capacity as the Producer of the annual Norton Street Italian Festa.  Patrick took over the running of the event from a previous contractor who left us in a bit of a mess, through sheer hard work and outstanding integrity, Patrick was able to turn around the events reputation and make it one of the biggest one day street fairs in the country.

He was instrumental in capturing items like the Auto Festa where 500 Italian cars were spread throughout Pioneers Park, the wedding in the park where two couples in separate years were married in full sponsorship from local suppliers (dress, cake, reception, flowers etc) and the huge drawcard of getting a live filming of the hit show “My Kitchen Rules” at Festa – an amazing achievement.  Over 3 million people saw the episode and more importantly, Leichhardt in a great light!

Patrick is a terrific guy, accountable to his actions and can manage a large scale event on a modest budget.  His integrity, passion and dedication are second to none – it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with him over the past few years and I look forward to our friendship continuing.
