Excuse our French, but following a year-long chapter in the launch of the Market Tales, we have turned a page and are excited to announce its return with a star-studded line-up of pop-up restaurants and a newly curated team of quality makers and merchants across homewares, fashion, design, art, jewellery, furniture and vintage memorabilia.

Reminiscent of Portobello Markets and NY Williamsburg Market and sprinkled with the sights and sounds of the mercados in Spain, The Market Tales finds its home amongst the laneways of Sydney’s best-kept secret, Precinct 75 in St Peters. Dubbed Inner West’s newest design central and fast becoming a key entertainment hub, the Precinct boasts retail homeware gems like Design Twins, The Society Inc, Atolyia and Quercus & Co and boutique alcohol artisans, Willie The Boatman and Urban Winery.

Narooma Oyster Festival is Back!

The Narooma Oyster Festival celebrates South Coast NSW oysters and our region’s natural clean quality produce, chefs, and rich artistic and cultural talents.

The Oyster Festival has always had something for everyone from fine foodies to families, combining a cosmopolitan quality food experience with family entertainment. This will continue with great Oyster Farmer representation from our local estuaries and the festival’s stunning location at Forsters Bay.

The Oyster Festival has won two tourism awards.

Leichhardt Long Lunch 2017

A series of food and wine festivals to be held in the Leichhardt Town Hall and adjacent Council carpark. Featuring long communal tables, food and wine stalls, artist, artisan and quality merchandise stalls plus fabulous entertainment and cooking demonstrations. A community celebration of everything the Leichhardt Local Government Area now represents with first stall preference given to businesses and artisans from Leichhardt, Annandale, Balmain, Rozelle, Lilyfield and Birchgrove. An initiative of the Leichhardt and Annandale Business Chamber sponsored by Leichhardt Council and run by Impact Exhibitions and Events – the organiser of the Norton Street Italian Festa. In 2017 there will be a series of Leichhardt Long Lunches and each year these Food and Wine Festivals will culminate in the Leichhardt Long, Long Lunch to be held at the Norton Street Italian Festa – Australia’s largest street festival held annually on the last Sunday in October.
